Swiss Steak

Ingredients:
3 lb round steak
3 stalks celery, peeled, chopped fine
3 tbs butter
1/2 c catsup
1 tsp salt
1 tbs chopped parsley
1 large onion, diced

 

Directions:
Brown steak in butter. Add celery, catsup, parsley, and onion. Cover and simmer 2 to 2-1/2 hours. 1/2 cup of water may be needed if mixture thickens too much.
