Troop 22 Eagle's Nest

Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouting program of the Boy Scouts of America. Since its introduction in 1911, the Eagle Scout rank has been earned by more than 2 million young men. The title of Eagle Scout is held for life, thus giving rise to the phrase "Once an Eagle, always an Eagle".

2016 Matt Gillis Cleared and created trails at Bridgewater State University
2016 Caleb Lewis Cleared the field area and replaced the seating at the Whitman soccer field
2016 Mike Morse Developed and ran a summer music school for students to learn to play an instrument
2015 Jared Jacob Cleared and built the cross-country track through the woods for Whitman Middle School
2015 Joe McCollem Created and built 600 wooden cars for children in five area hospitals
2014 Ryan Matthews-Forte Designed and built the handicapped ramp for the Bridgewater sports field
2014 Chris Loring Repaired and repainted the fire escape on the Methodist church
2014 Mike Seele Built and installed a series of bat houses in town to reduce EEE and other insect borne diseases without pesticides
2013 Alex Woodland Planned and built art easels, table top games and sensory motor activities for Road to Responsibility
2013 Alex McPherson Built a field sports area at Whitman Middle School
2013 Jeff Caron Repaired and repainted the building and stairs for the 4H hall
2013 Chris Coughlin Built a storage shed to support Road to Responsibility
2013 Nick Caratelli Built a sign and picnic area for the Bridgewater Senior Center
2013 Brian Mills Repaint, repair and install the bike paths, gates, and parking areas at Pond Meadow Park in Braintree
2012 Sam Pierce Created and distributes Senior Health Cards to the residents of Whitman for emergency information
2012 Nick Anderson Removed and rebuilt the stairs for the Whitman Council on Aging building
2012 Nicolas Matthews-Forte Research the graves of the Trinity cemetery and built an interactive kiosk to keep those records at the  cemetery
2012 Jim Furlong Built a series of planters for a Memory Garden at Saint Joseph's 
2012 Greg McGrath Restored the historical monument and grounds in Whitman
2011 Robert Martin Planned and built several benches for an outside seating area at the St. Joseph Nursing Home
2011 Steven McDonough Planned and built table top games and sensory motor activities for Hingham Open Roads a division of Road to Responsibility
2011 Craig Warner Created and placed bird feeders, bird housing, duck housing, humming bird feeders, and educational signs at the South Shore Natural Science Center
2011 Zach Samya Created an area for a flag pole and memorial for the Whitman Baseball and Softball Association
2011 Robert Matthews-Forte Restored the Trinity Church cemetery gates, stones and grounds
2010 Kevin Donovan Repaired and repainted several offices in the Whitman town hall.
2010 Patrick Weed Designed and ran a program of weekly fund raisers for the New England Wildlife Center
2010 Alex Pierce Restored the stone retaining wall near the Park Avenue Elementary School in Whitman
2010 Hayden Kent Built and installed a series of bat houses in town to help control insect with "green" technology
2010 Colby Ward Cleared and repaired the outdoor sensory learning trail for Handi-Kids
2009 Chris Cook Built and installed the classroom exhibits for distance and direction classes at the Blue Hills Observatory in Canton, MA
2008 Kevin Odom Created and delivered First Responder cards to the town of Whitman
2008 Keith Donovan Restored and painted the Gazebo in Whitman Town Park
2008 Cody Needles Restored the Courtyard and meditation gardens for the Braintree Landing Nursing and Rehabilitation hospice
2007 Adam Donovan Researched and created a grave registry of all Veteran's in the town's cemeteries
2007 Ben McSheffrey Cleared and restored the Blue Jay nesting area at Blue Hills Observatory
2006 Ed Jewers  Built the dog kennel and storage shed for the Whitman Police Animal Control
2006 Chris Swenson Built an American Flag repository where people can place flags for the troop and VFW to retire flags today
